Attending the Hatch Conference in Berlin was an illuminating experience, especially as Brad Frost took center stage to unravel the intricacies of Design Systems. In a nutshell, it was a day filled with insights, collaboration, and a renewed passion for UI design and design engineering.
Brad Frost's expertise shone through as he shared practical wisdom on building effective Design Systems. His experience working with some Fortune 500 companies and suggestions on tackling the challenge gave a very valuable input. Design System is also the complexity between design, design engineering, product, collaboration, governance, and also human relationships.
The conference wasn't a passive affair; it was hands-on. Engaging in workshops allowed me to apply newfound knowledge directly. Networking proved invaluable, offering connections with fellow enthusiasts and the chance to converse with Brad Frost. The roundtable with other design system practitioners has helped me to grow even more.
The Hatch Conference has transformed my perspective on design systems, leaving me inspired and equipped to integrate these principles into my projects. It was more than a conference; it was a catalyst for growth, fostering a community of passionate individuals eager to shape the future of design.
